Everything starts with one website intake form. Once your project is confirmed, we'll send you a private link to complete it. The information and files you provide will become the final brief our team uses to design and build your website.
What to Expect
The simple steps to launching your site.
Complete Your Website Intake Form
Once your project is confirmed, we'll send you a private link to your website intake form. Tell us about your business, services, customers, design preferences, website content and required features. Please include all current information and files, even if you have already sent them by email, SMS or for the creation of mockups. Allow approximately 15 minutes to complete the form.
Confirm Your Design Direction
If you have already selected a mockup, confirm your selection and any requested changes in the form. If you have not received a mockup, you can choose whether you would like a homepage mockup before we build the full website or would prefer us to proceed using the information and design preferences you provide.
We Build and You Review
Once your information and design direction are confirmed, our team will build the first full draft of your website. This is usually completed within 7–28 days, depending on your package. We'll send you a private preview link so you can review the website on your phone or computer and request changes.
Approve and Go Live
Once you are completely happy with the website and the final balance has been paid, we'll connect your domain and publish your website. We'll also activate your hosting, security and other services included in your package.

The completed intake form and its attachments will be treated as the final brief for your website. Please repeat or re-upload anything you previously supplied that you still want us to use. Do not write 'as previously sent' or 'as discussed', as our developer will build from the information contained in the form.

Once your project is confirmed, we'll send your private website intake-form link directly to you. Have your information and files ready, then complete the form as clearly as possible. Our team will contact you if anything needs clarification.
